Job Description

Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring that our service is true to the SLS brand and that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, increase customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the restaurant operates within budget and that all financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to ensure that the restaurant is fully integrated into the hotel's overall operations.
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team, improving service quality, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
