About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-Room Dining Manager to join our pre-opening team at a luxury hotel. As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our In-Room Dining services, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and motivate a team of In-Room Dining staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the In-Room Dining service, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the In-Room Dining experience.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and staff needs while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Uphold the highest standards of internal and external customer service at all times.
  • Monitor and control costs and expenses related to In-Room Dining.
  • Ensure service is within the standards of our luxury hotel.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping, kitchen, food and beverage, and front desk, to coordinate services and enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in hotel meetings and contribute to overall property goals and initiatives.
  • Perform any and all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree with emphasis in Hospitality/Restaurants management.
  • +3 years experience in food and beverage management and, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Problem solving & decision making skills; analytical and highly detail oriented.
  • Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the company's values.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is required.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
