Customer Service Expert in Manufacturing Sector

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support new and existing customers with their queries and concerns
  • Collaborate closely with sales, application engineers, and the engineering department to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Process quotations, including checking and recording queries, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and preparing commercial quotations
  • Manage order processing, including checking and recording sales documents, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and dispatching order confirmations and invoices
  • Handle customer complaints and manage CRM
  • Support sales promotion activities, including promotions, campaigns, and end-of-quarter activities
  • Manage digital document management and filing according to standardized criteria
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service
  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Strong ability to work with people, understand their needs, and provide solutions
  • Structured work style, ambition, and optimism
  • Strong cooperation and communication skills, negotiation skills, and high degree of resilience and sense of responsibility
  • Enjoy continuous training and have good MS Office skills, ideally with experience in CRM systems
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM, PLM, and lead generation in the B2B area is an advantage
