Customer Support Specialist in Manufacturing

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team in the Manufacturing sector. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to new and existing customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, application engineers, and the engineering department to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Process quotations, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions with specialist departments and field service.
  • Manage order processing, including checking and recording sales documents, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and dispatching order confirmations and invoices.
  • Manage complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
  • Support sales promotion activities, including campaign and end-of-quarter initiatives.
  • Manage digital document management and filing according to standardized criteria.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in German, with at least 3 years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Completed commercial or technical education.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a structured work style and a sense of responsibility.
  • High degree of resilience and a strong sense of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to continuously train and develop skills in areas such as SAP, IT, and product knowledge.
  • Good MS Office skills and experience with CRM systems.

  • Lunch ticket and 26K to 31K yearly gross base salary.
