Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that offers a range of innovative financial solutions, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.
Job Title: Fintech ConsultantWe are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Consultant to join our team in Madrid. As a Fintech Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping our product strategy for Lending, focusing on subdomains such as Trade Finance, Fund Finance, and Sport Finance.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our product team to develop and implement new initiatives within Lending, while identifying and executing improvements in current features and processes.
- Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in lending and Fintech that will guide our product decisions.
- Support product commercialisation efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and the creation of marketing collateral.
- Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and actions based on the results.
- Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organisation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours to design and deliver successful product outcomes.
- Collaborate with Technology and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics, and user stories.
- A strong client focus, making decisions informed by client feedback.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enabling clear communication of product needs and requirements to leadership, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startups.
- At least 3 years in a consulting or investment banking role, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobank.
