Job Title: Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing expert advice and guidance on our cloud banking platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to prepare and present solutions to clients
  • Assist with proposals, requirements analysis, and demo preparation
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic and operational needs
  • Develop and deliver solution materials, conduct product showcases, and run proof of concepts
  • Work with ecosystem partners to understand their offerings and advise clients on the best implementation options
  • Hand over new projects to the delivery team and coordinate with product management on new features and enhancements
  • Provide assistance to marketing by creating content, including demo videos, sales demo environments, case studies, and blog posts
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience working in the banking or Fintech industry, with deep knowledge of consumer or business lending, deposits products, and operations
  • Previous experience in a pre-sales/solutions engineering role in a SaaS offering
  • Experience in responding to formal proposal procedures, such as Requests for Information (RFI) and RFPs
  • A consultative mindset, with the ability to listen, understand, and anticipate customer needs
  • Customer-facing experience and the ability to influence Executive Level audiences
