Job Summary:

As a Fintech Consultant at Ebury, you will collaborate on the product strategy for Lending, focusing on subdomains such as Trade Finance, Fund Finance, and Sport Finance.

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives within Lending, whilst identifying and executing improvements in current features and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, epics, and user stories.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours to design and deliver successful product outcomes.
  • Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in lending and Fintech that will guide Ebury's product decisions.
  • Support product commercialisation efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and the creation of marketing collateral.
  • Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and actions based on the results.
  • Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • A strong client focus, making decisions informed by client feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enabling clear communication of product needs and requirements to leadership, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startups.
  • At least 3 years in a consulting or investment banking role, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobank.
  • Successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation.
