Our Engineering area is a consolidated team that works nationally and internationally on the basic and detailed design of renewable energy projects. Our mission is to ensure that these designs meet the highest quality standards to maximize the profitability of our clients' projects. We also have a specialized team that acts as Property Engineering and supervises the construction and commissioning phases of the projects, reporting the progress of work and ensuring the quality of the work in the different disciplines: civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Jr Engineer New Renewable Services to join our Engineering team in Spain. Within the framework of the Project Engineering department and more specifically in the area of new hybrid developments and hydrogen technologies, the candidate will have to undertake the following functions:
- Technical and Economic Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough analyses of project viability, including technical and economic assessments.
- Technology Evaluation and Market Reports: Evaluate emerging technologies and develop sectorial and market reports to inform business decisions.
- Conceptual Designs and PV-Wind-H2 Production Studies: Develop conceptual designs and conduct studies on PV, wind, and hydrogen production to optimize project outcomes.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and analyze financial models for renewable hybrid and hydrogen production facilities to ensure project viability.
- Business Development Support: Assist in business development tasks, including offer preparation, commercial follow-up, project control, and event participation.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- MSc in Engineering, preferably in electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and control, electronics and automation, mining, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in renewables, with a focus on similar tasks.
- High level of English proficiency (C1).
- A proactive, analytical thinker with a broad scope of work, and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
