Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to enterprise strategy and brand guidelines, identifying ways to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness, and serving as a resource and advisor for marketing and communication issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to launch new products and services, integrate brands, and support industry events.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, customers, and management through oral and written forms.
  • Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and integrate their departmental needs.
  • Travel domestically or internationally 1-3 times per year.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of relevant marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated success executing marketing initiatives and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and integrate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead without authority.
Work Environment

This position is either office flexible or fully remote, depending on proximity to a Cencora office and leadership discretion.

Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Sedentary physical activity requiring reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, and hearing.
  • Visual requirement for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • 75% or more time spent looking directly at a computer.
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise.
