Marketing Manager for Global Consulting Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to enterprise strategy and brand guidelines, identifying ways to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and serving as a resource and advisor for marketing and communication issues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Provide guidance and support to marketing and communication teams to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
- Contribute to effective team management of marketing and communication issues
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, journalism, English, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in marketing or a related field
- Proven success in executing marketing initiatives, including launching new products and services, integrating brands, and guiding advertising campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with sales, customers, and management
- Ability to lead without authority and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task and integrate cross-functional teams
This position is either office flexible or fully remote, depending on proximity to a Cencora office and leadership discretion. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
