**Job Summary**

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer account management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of products and projects to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions and ensure timely delivery of products and projects.
  • Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning, and monitoring efficiency and execution of strategies.
  • Participate in pricing and bid preparation, and develop and manage contract terms.
  • Manage and monitor customer satisfaction through regular communication, surveys, self-assessments, complaint management, problem resolution, and satisfaction management.
  • Communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and products.
  • Coordinate and host regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal account team members to ensure ongoing communication and up-to-date progress/status reporting.
  • Receive and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Monitor the impact of order changes on inventory.
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
  • Work with cost engineering, finance, and SCM staff to coordinate efforts to analyze costs and price variances.
  • Create and coordinate New Product Introduction schedules and project plans.

**Requirements**

  • In-depth knowledge of the Health Tech sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules, and scheduling requirements, and SCM.
  • In-depth knowledge of business issues associated with manufacturing PCBAs and electromechanical assemblies.
  • In-depth knowledge of product pricing, contracts, and contract negotiations.
  • Thorough understanding of business risks and price make-up (Value add and Materials).
  • Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
  • Good presentation, database management, and computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines.
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Very good command of written and spoken Spanish and English.
