Aerospace and Defense Program Manager

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace and Defense Program Management Specialist to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely product deliveries, and developing action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, and planning to ensure efficient execution of strategies.
- Participate in pricing/bid preparation and develop contract terms.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with the company and products.
- Coordinate and host regular program tracking meetings with customers and internal account team members.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, and provide performance reporting and analysis for Operations Reviews and Customer Performance Reviews.
- In-depth knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense sector, manufacturing process, schedules, and SCM.
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
