Technical Support Coordinator

Voltalia is a leading company in renewable energies, and we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to Pre-Sales teams, focusing on residential and commercial projects.
  • Offer technical support to customers, including PV plant commissioning, monitoring, debugging, and training.
  • Develop alternative solutions for clients within our portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and Spanish regulations regarding PV and renewable energy.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers' technical support teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish, with conversational English skills.
  • FP Degree or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience in PV design and installation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Spanish regulations and certifications.
  • Ability to work with IT tools, including Excel, Word, and PV design software.
