- In some cases, arrange for a technician visit or dispatch spare parts to clients.
- Identify opportunities to promote new and existing Dyson products to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
- Act as a Dyson Ambassador, educating customers about Dyson technology and demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and brand values.
- Fluent written and spoken French.
- Good level of English to communicate effectively with our international team.
- Eligibility to work in Spain.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
- Solution-oriented approach to provide the best possible outcomes for customers.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks, working effectively under pressure.
- Competitive salary: 21,000€ gross per year.
- Full-time contract with a rotating schedule (39 hours/week).
