**Job Summary**

Cpm International Telebusiness S.L. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
  • Work closely with our operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent level of both written and spoken German.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a contact centre environment.
  • Patience and empathy, with the ability to support a paratransit service.
  • Autonomous and fast learner, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of 25,000€ gross per year.
  • A permanent contract with a 1-month probation period.
