Technical Assistance:
In this position, you will serve as a technical advisor, assisting our dealer network throughout Europe with various technical challenges. Acting as a liaison between the dealer, technician, and manufacturer, you will outline procedures and initiate suitable corrective actions.
Dealer Engagement:
Your role will ensure that dealers have the necessary resources to perform their tasks effectively. You will proactively manage field actions, provide on-site troubleshooting support, conduct online and in-person training for our systems, and serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries.
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals currently engaged in technical support, customer service, or technical training who are eager to advance their careers with a leading manufacturer in lithium-powered storage technology. You should be results-oriented, persistent in follow-ups, and interested in product development.
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills are essential to ensure our dealers feel valued and supported by EP Equipment.
This position involves travel to visit dealers primarily within Spain.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
