Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in integrating our technology strategy into business operations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management of all EMEA and APAC Asset Management issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Collaborate with Worldwide Tech Support to process tickets for Leavers in ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and collection of equipment.
- Organize mailing supplies and couriers for Leavers returning their assets, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Recover equipment from Leavers and review aged Leavers for final process steps, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage stolen/lost laptops, communicating with Fixed Assets and associates to ensure data is received to retire the asset.
- Ensure the accuracy of data in the Asset Database, overseeing the Tech Support Audit process.
- Assist in escalations, managing Assets email box to assist with associates' questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Support the team with IT Procurement issues, including ServiceNow tickets for orders or inquiries, managing emails to the IT Procurement team email box, and troubleshooting issues.
- Place orders in our ordering system, Coupa, and assist with any AP issues regarding Receiving or pricing issues monitored and enforced.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 1-5 years of business experience in a technology organization; Gartner experience is helpful.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented, articulate, and skilled in negotiation.
- Deadline-oriented.
