We're seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, playing a critical role in driving growth and revenue acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide commercial insights and accelerate the growth of our SMB & Corporate subscriber base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis to identify commercial pockets of opportunity and levers for driving subscriber and revenue acquisition.
- Develop a deep understanding of subscriber retention drivers to help the account management team keep churn under control.
- Build dashboards and analytical solutions to enable recurrent business performance monitoring and insights sharing.
- Support budgeting and goal setting processes with analysis and reporting to incentivize the right behaviors.
- Partner with data stakeholders to implement required data models and assure data availability & accuracy.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated problem-solving ability to provide practical business insights from large, complex data sets.
- Spreadsheet expertise (Excel or Google Sheets) with ability to write SQL queries to extract data needed for analysis.
- Experience with at least one major business intelligence tool (e.g. Looker or Tableau).
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a business or engineering related field.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
