About the RoleWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This role will play a pivotal part in generating key business insights, crafting compelling narratives, and driving sales performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
- Leverage data-driven insights to develop and refine tools, reports, and dashboards that deliver critical metrics and improve operational efficiency.
- Regularly assess and optimize sales processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals.
- Create and deliver sales reports and insights to various stakeholders, including the Sales team and Senior Leadership, ensuring timely access to relevant information.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in customer interaction and support, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and embody Colt's values and culture.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
