Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our SaaS sales operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable strategies that drive growth and innovation. You'll work closely with sales leadership and other stakeholders to uncover trends, optimize processes, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to establish cadences around sales activity, pipeline generation, and forecasts
- Uncover Performance Insights through quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Drive Process Improvements by leading and contributing to projects focused on automating and simplifying business processes
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to enhance sales outcomes
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong understanding of the SaaS business model and sales processes
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, as well as experience with Salesforce and other tools commonly used by sales teams
- An analytical mindset and ability to manage large datasets with ease
