Job Title: Senior Business Operations Analyst

About the Role:

The Senior Business Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Commercial Operations stakeholders to prioritize business demands and develop strategic plans.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects, including project budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to implement process improvements and IT solutions.
  • Communicate project status and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
