Zimmer Biomet is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through the effective use of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the demand intake process for new business requirements, partnering with Comm Ops stakeholders to prioritize and analyze new requests.
  • Lead and achieve successful IT project delivery, managing planning, execution, communication, and reporting.
  • Establish IT EMEA Applications Strategies for Commercial Operations, defining strategies aligned with global ones.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in managing remote resources and activities.
  • Good SAP knowledge of Sales, Distribution, and Inventory Management, including user interface and customization.
  • Understanding of EDI/SAP/HIPAA Integration Projects, including analysis, mapping, testing.
  • Basic use of automation and robotic tools, such as Blue Prism, Open Span, UI Path, Nice, Automation or Automation Anywhere.
