Wallapop is a leading marketplace for unique goods, driven by a mission to empower people to adopt a more conscious and human way of consumption. We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations.

About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven professional with outstanding problem-solving skills to identify opportunities that drive client acquisition and retention goals for our Professional Selling Business. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide commercial insights, accelerate growth, and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify commercial pockets of opportunity and levers for driving subscriber and revenue acquisition.
  • Develop a deep understanding of subscriber retention drivers to support the account management team in keeping churn under control.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and analytical solutions to enable recurrent business performance monitoring and insights sharing.
  • Support budgeting and goal setting processes with analysis and reporting to incentivize the right behaviors.
  • Partner with data stakeholders to implement required data models and ensure data availability and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Solid experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrated problem-solving ability to provide practical business insights from large, complex data sets.
  • Expertise in spreadsheet software (Excel or Google Sheets) and ability to write SQL queries to extract data needed for analysis.
  • Experience with at least one major business intelligence tool (e.g. Looker or Tableau).
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a business or engineering-related field.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
