About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Dabster. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to gain insights into business processes, performance, and trends. Identify opportunities to automate data analyses and streamline reporting.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for analysis.
  3. Communication: Present the results and recommendations to the project team and contribute to the action plan for improvements.
  4. Problem-Solving: Work independently, taking ownership of deliverables and driving them to successful completion.
  5. Technical Skills: Leverage data science software like Python as well as analytics/visualization tools like Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau to transform raw data into meaningful insights.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, or any relevant field.
  2. Technical Skills: Must be, at least, intermediate in Python. Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Ability to think creatively and suggest original solutions to business.
