We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Jameda. As a key member of our Customer Success function, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and creation of our global operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of global customer success strategies and initiatives
- Lead data analytics and modeling efforts, with a focus on MRR data queries and data management topics
- Collaborate with local teams to execute key strategic projects and initiatives
- Scale results and experiments from one market into global projects
- Liaise with stakeholders to align on project direction and status
- Manage project portfolios and monitor progress
- 3-5 years of professional experience in business operations or a related field
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
