Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renewable Energy Paralegal and Documentation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing corporate deeds, SPVs, and Land Lease Agreements, as well as overseeing and managing corporate legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize corporate deeds, SPVs, and Land Lease Agreements
  • Oversee and manage corporate legal requirements, including the legalization of Shareholder's Books and Minutes of Meetings
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Iberia team, focusing on Spanish renewable energy, development, and construction activities (Solar/PV, BESS, and Onshore wind)
Requirements
  • Completion of apprenticeship or education as a paralegal or document manager
  • 2+ years of experience in data storage and organization
  • Experience in administrative tasks, data analysis, or library sciences
  • You are reliable, dynamic, organized, rigorous, and eager to learn new subjects. You possess strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and good synthesis abilities
  • Strong interest and curiosity about the renewable energy sector and its legal and regulatory environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, any additional language is a plus
