Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Solutions Manager to join our team at LevelTen Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of our MA Solutions business in Europe.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the renewable energy industry, with a proven track record in transaction execution and business origination. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and will be able to take initiative in a cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of energy industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transaction execution, from start to finish, representing the point of contact for both customers and transaction counterparties.
  • Develop and maintain transaction systems and processes, and associated documentation.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to drive successful MA Solutions processes.
  • Support the use of LevelTen MA Solutions products by assisting customers when required.
  • Support development of MA Solutions transaction goals and track KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of MA experience.
  • Demonstrated track record in transaction execution.
  • Relevant experience in business origination.
  • Comfort with cold calling, direct sales, business development, and marketing.
  • Experienced in European energy markets.
  • Understanding of energy industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
