Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement offtake strategies to secure physical and virtual PPA contracts for R. Power solar projects
- Optimize monetization of R. Power assets and examine sales structures available on the energy wholesale market
- Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions that optimize funding opportunities and enable project development
- Identify and approach energy investment-grade off-takers interested in PV energy supply
- Structure PPA deals in terms of key commercial terms, settlement mechanics, and guarantee structures
Requirements:
- Strong competencies in power market, including in-depth understanding of energy trading and/or utilities PPA/cPPA origination for renewables projects
- Successful track record at managing project and business development at power and/or renewables
- Experience in working with privately-owned enterprises and international environments
- Ability to independently manage projects and deliver results
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
