Job Title: Specialist EPC Management

At Q ENERGY, our mission is to drive the transition to a sustainable energy future. We're a leading provider of holistic green energy solutions, and we're looking for a skilled Specialist EPC Management to join our team.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our EPC projects from start to finish. As a Specialist EPC Management, you will be responsible for conducting monthly financial closing and forecasting, as well as commercial and administrative transactions management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly financial closing and forecasting for EPC projects
  • Manage commercial and administrative transactions for EPC projects
  • Support construction teams in the realization of renewable power plants
  • Coordinate and correspond with business partners, suppliers, and authorities
  • Review and perform follow-up tasks on commercial documents
  • Check and issue incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Evaluate and prepare project data for planning, reporting, and controlling
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish
