Transaction Response Specialist

LevelTen Energy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Response Specialist to join our Transactions Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in facilitating renewable energy transactions between Buyers and Sellers.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your project management skills and gain exposure to the renewable energy industry. You will work closely with our Customer Engagement and Transaction Teams to launch targeted outreach campaigns, manage multiple processes concurrently, and drive cross-department accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead outreach campaigns to potential transaction respondents, identifying and generating lists of relevant contacts based on market signals.
  • Manage and organize outreach processes, ensuring timely execution and strategy adherence.
  • Communicate with external parties via email, phone, and teleconference regarding respondent outreach efforts and attainment metrics.
  • Develop and present complex commercial aspects of clean energy transactions to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Engagement and Sales Enablement Teams to maintain up-to-date customer and stakeholder records.
  • Become an expert on the LevelTen Energy software Platform, providing assistance to users, managing platform data, and troubleshooting errors.
  • Suggest areas for improvement to the LevelTen Platform and provide feedback on new features.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in renewable energy origination or project management.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Salesforce, Project Management tools, and Tableau experience a plus.
  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of core commercial terms in energy contracting.
  • Professional skills: teamwork, urgency, professionalism, and fluency in English required, with other European languages a plus.
