Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Solutions Partner to join our team at Galderma. As a key member of our Global Payroll team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing for defined countries, including France, Sweden, and additional EMEA countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Manage the payroll administration and approval process to ensure timely completion and accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR Business Partners and External Partners to ensure smooth service transition and manage complex cases and process escalations.
- Global Hire-to-Retire Processes: Support the implementation of global Hire-to-Retire processes in the countries supported.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive adaptation of Workday and promote Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service for essential HR processes.
Requirements:
- Project and Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in project and change management.
- External Workforce Programs: Knowledge of external workforce programs and shared service or GBS background.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Workday Knowledge: Workday knowledge highly desirable.
