Senior People Business Partner

Scopely is seeking a highly skilled Senior People Business Partner to join our Global People Team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Job Summary

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to management, aligning HR practices with business goals. You will handle employee relations, talent management, and performance reviews, ensuring effective communication between employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to management, aligning HR practices with business goals
  • Handle employee relations, talent management, and performance reviews
  • Ensure effective communication between employees and leadership
  • Execute HR strategies, support organizational development, and foster a positive work culture
  • Facilitate and coach teams on problem-solving, career pathing, employee relations, and performance management
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues
  • Coach line managers on career development, performance processes, and accountability
  • Shape and lead aspects of global Talent Management
  • Collaborate with the People Business Partner team to coach leaders on change management
  • Support change strategies, communication, and post-implementation assessments
  • Partner with HR management and COEs to identify and implement innovative programs
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of human resource management experience
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
