Position Summary

The Information Security team at Verisure is on the lookout for a skilled, innovative, and enthusiastic Cybersecurity Program Coordinator. This role is pivotal in supporting our expansive initiatives across the organization. Reporting directly to the Programme Manager, the Cybersecurity Program Coordinator will play a crucial role within the Information Security team, tasked with the successful execution of our security projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a global framework, overseeing activities related to our Information Security initiatives and demands from both Technology and Business sectors.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of project outcomes.
  • Demonstrate significant drive and an analytical, organized approach to contribute to the ongoing enhancement and application of our project management methodologies.
  • Work alongside experts from various facets of our dynamic business, with the primary objective of delivering projects and initiatives punctually, within budget, and with high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Duties Include:

  • Partner closely with Information Security teams to deliver projects and initiatives utilizing diverse methodologies.
  • Monitor objectives and key results.
  • Facilitate project meetings and manage status reporting and dashboards for teams and senior management.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic and operational plans.
  • Manage demand from various stakeholders across Technology and Business domains.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Maintain effective internal and external communication, nurturing positive relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Assist the Programme Manager with budget and procurement processes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement within the organization.

Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, candidates should be engaged, structured, and possess an open mindset along with exceptional communication skills. A willingness to embrace change, work collaboratively in a team environment, and respect diverse perspectives is essential.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of proven experience in Project Management.
  • Experience leading projects in an agile manner with a global perspective.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant Project Management or Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, SaFe).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and IoT, particularly in the context of smart home technology.
