We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team in EU Markets. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for coordinating cybersecurity delivery activities across relevant countries and operating companies.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track local market security improvement actions, escalating issues to relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local security leadership, Group leadership, and key business stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of cybersecurity improvement projects in local markets by interacting with and managing concurrent priorities.
- Provide guidance to security and technology staff on security controls best practices, coordinate knowledge sharing between EU Markets teams.
- Drive progress on key cybersecurity initiatives in the Cyber Center of Excellence.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with EU Cluster Heads of Cyber.
- Support budget clarifications related to Cyber Security Baseline initiatives.
- Promote re-use of tools and processes across the cluster markets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex security matters in simple business language.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security threats and capability to assess business impact.
- Technical capability and knowledge as SME for Security in IT and Networks.
- Decision making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests.
- Strong collaboration skills harnessed towards delivering the right outcomes for Vodafone and our customers.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and efficient problem-solving capability.
- Good stakeholder management skills, ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Possibility of hybrid working from various locations.
