About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at IE University. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic operations of our IE Impact department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with academic partners and internal stakeholders to prepare courses and materials for students and faculty.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including processing expenses, travel arrangements, and special payments.
  • Plan and execute events and activities to support IE Impact's mission, including catering events and organizing beyond-the-classroom activities.
  • Participate in relevant training to improve overall operations and contribute to innovating programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Native level/Fluency in English and strong conversational Spanish skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a strong customer orientation
  • International profile and comfort in working in multicultural environments
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and creative attitude

  • Teamwork

  • Availability to host and/or attend occasional evening events

Preferred Qualifications
  • Internal candidates from Undergraduate academic programs who are already familiar with IEU's internal software and processes
  • Familiarity and skills in Canva for the design of presentations, workbooks, media assets, etc.
  • Eagerness to drive positive change through undergraduate education
