About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at IE University. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic operations of our undergraduate core studies learning journey, IE Impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with academic partners and internal stakeholders to prepare courses and materials for students and faculty.
  • Process expenses, travel arrangements, and reimbursements, as well as special payments.
  • Plan and execute events and activities to support IE Impact's mission, including catering events and organizing beyond-the-classroom activities.
  • Participate in relevant training to improve overall operations and contribute to innovating programs.
Requirements
  • Legal work permit to work in Spain.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Native level/Fluency in English and strong conversational Spanish skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a strong customer orientation.
  • International profile and comfort in working in multicultural environments.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and creative attitude.
  • Empathy.
  • Teamwork.
  • Life-long learner mindset.
  • Availability to host and/or attend occasional evening events.
  • Willingness to work occasionally at IEU's campus in Segovia.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internal candidates from Undergraduate academic programs who are already familiar with IEU's internal software and processes.
  • Familiarity and skills in Canva for the design of presentations, workbooks, media assets, etc.
  • Eagerness to drive positive change through undergraduate education.
