About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Commercial Lead. This role will be responsible for managing our airline customers in the EMEA region, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our airline customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead commercial and functional projects to create value-added solutions for our customers.
  • Manage the sales process, including targeting, negotiation, and contracting, to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to our customers.
  • Monitor and manage budget allocations for business development activities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in economics, management, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Over 5 years of airline experience in a commercial role, ideally in revenue management.
  • Over 5 years of sales experience within the aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial airline IT landscape and processes.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills with project management skills preferred.
  • Fluent level of English.
