About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Management Partner at Kyndryl España. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving proactive account growth, minimizing erosion in renewals, and developing cutting-edge account strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts
  • Build and maintain deep customer connections, identifying and qualifying new opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless account management processes
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
  • Stay ahead of the curve, providing innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
