Account Management Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Management Partner at Kyndryl España. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving proactive account growth, minimizing erosion in renewals, and developing cutting-edge account strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts
- Build and maintain deep customer connections, identifying and qualifying new opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless account management processes
- Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
- Stay ahead of the curve, providing innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
As an Account Management Partner, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, driving business growth and making a real impact on our customers' success. You'll be an owner of the account P&L, taking charge of customer satisfaction and ensuring our clients are not only happy but also successful.
