Job Title: Enterprise Account Director, Talent Solutions

At LinkedIn, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their business goals through our innovative Talent Solutions products. We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with our Large Enterprise Customers in Spain, helping them effectively engage with the LinkedIn network using our professional hiring and learning solutions. As a member of our Talent Solutions Sales Team, you will be responsible for building relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer's organization, understanding their objectives and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and prepare thoughtful questions and insights in advance of customer meetings
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the customer's organization
  • Shift communication style and content to fit the needs of different stakeholders
  • Lead with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives
  • Drive customer decision making by achieving shared vision and proactively considering the value props that tie all stakeholders together
  • Think commercially and apply business acumen when crafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Use data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections
  • Proactively mitigate churn risk by adopting a smart, customer-centric approach
  • Engage customers throughout to confirm and clarify value and adapt a strategy when needed to optimize ROI
  • Drive customer growth by proactively identifying opportunities to deliver greater customer value
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of applicable sales experience with the IBERIA region
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with HR software, Learning Solutions, and SaaS opportunities
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
