The Strategic Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business growth in key strategic territory accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new and expansion business within a key list of strategic territory accounts, focusing on delivering solid value to customers and Autodesk.
- Work closely with channel partners, technical sales, customer success, and marketing teams to develop and execute account plans for high-priority accounts.
- Foster strong relationships within the account, including key decision-makers, and translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value.
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of business.
- Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account, either with or on behalf of channel partners.
- Build trust with customers through understanding their needs, setting correct expectations, and creating a best-in-class experience.
- Familiarity with sales processes and certain selling methodologies, such as TAS, Value Selling, and Solution Selling.
- Fluency in English and a Nordic language (preferably Swedish or Danish).
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
- Drive to continually improve sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, and Autodesk's sales career progression framework.
