Global Lead Customer Experience

The Global Lead Customer Experience will oversee a team of 5 experts in Customer Experience and Engagement, driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across 3 markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute engagement strategies, taking ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as churn, upsell, and downsell.
  • Lead, develop, and train a high-performing team, ensuring the professional growth of each member.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Own and improve the Customer NPS, defining actions to enhance the customer experience and service quality.
  • Support and assist clients, working closely with the Support Lead to ensure exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in customer care/customer service, with at least 2+ years in a leadership position.
  • Previous experience in a startup is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing, coaching, and developing a team.
  • Data-driven with experience in customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
