Join Adobe's Team as a Project Director

We're seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our customer relationships and services engagements in the Western Region. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Adobe customers to understand their business needs and drive value realization through our industry-leading experience business capabilities.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap with customers to drive growth and adoption of Adobe solutions.
  • Lead a multi-disciplined delivery team to design, implement, and scale solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Adobe teams to improve solutions and drive customer success.
  • Apply situational awareness of engagement challenges, trends, and opportunities to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage customer expectations, scope, and risks to ensure successful delivery of defined scope and realization of KPIs and metrics.

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years of experience leading projects in a consulting and/or technology professional services organization.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong executive presence, including ability to partner with and influence client managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
