Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Transport Project Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key player in our growth process, you will support our Tender Team in its tenders and expansion projects, contributing to the achievement of new projects and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Bid Management: You will be part of the bid team and support the preparation and drafting of offers for tenders in Spain, analyzing and studying tender documentation, coordinating the preparation of bids, and collaborating in the preparation of tenders and bids.
- Technical Support: You will manage and supervise studies contracted to consultancies, carry out demand and revenue studies, analyze transport and mobility networks, and obtain statistics related to the operation.
- Business Development: You will research and analyze trends in the public transport market, support business development teams, and assist in financial analysis related to business development projects and operations.
- Project Management: You will take a lead role in managing specific projects related to business development or process improvement, developing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
- High level of English, able to communicate fluently both orally and in writing. Spanish would be a plus.
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience.
- Experience in the mobility sector (transport operator, mobility consultancy, etc.) would be an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Previous experience in tenders and bids will be an asset.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to plan and adapt to tight deadlines.
