About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Crew Control Officer to join our team. As a Crew Control Officer, you will be responsible for managing crew resources efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that crew resources are managed most efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crewing decisions.
  • Guarantee that all crew duties are by the approved FTL scheme.
  • Explain changes made in the roster to the crews in a caring and empathetic way.
  • Be the point of contact with the crews in last-minute needs.
  • Maintain a standby crew roster to cover available aircraft by the Standby Crew policy.
  • Manage crew absences and leaves.
  • Liaise with ticketing to arrange to position duty travel and accommodation for crews traveling.
Requirements
  • Studies in Aeronautical Management / Aeronautical Engineer or similar.
  • Mandatory advanced English level, both written and spoken.
  • A high understanding of the aviation operational environment is a plus.
