Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct insightful consultations and sales discussions with pre-qualified leads provided by the marketing team.
- Manage pre-sales processes while ensuring a positive experience for prospective clients.
- Execute sales processes with a primary focus on client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in presales, sales, and customer service within a multi-channel environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in German at C2 level.
- High self-motivation to meet and exceed company targets.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on sales and client engagement.
- Initiative and creativity in supporting team objectives.
What We Offer:
- A temporary contract with a 38.5-hour workweek, covering shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 8 PM.
- Competitive salary of €21,920 gross per year, plus potential target bonuses of up to €1,800 gross per year.
