Job Description

Ambit is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Officer to provide comprehensive program management services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling programs to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Planning and Monitoring: Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, ensuring dependencies are identified and effectively managed.
  2. Resource Management: Identify and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure program objectives are met.
  3. Financial Management: Assist in all aspects of program financial management, including budgeting, tracking actuals, and forecasting.
  4. Vendor and Contract Management: Manage vendor contracts, including initiation, approval, and administration.
  5. Documentation and Proposal Contributions: Contribute to program documentation, including business cases and integrated plans.
  6. Project Contract Drafting: Draft project contracts and collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with program plans.
  7. Document Management: Manage program documentation, including version control and access management.
  8. Meeting Coordination and Reporting: Organize planning, status, and steering committee meetings, ensuring action items and decisions are tracked.
  9. Risk and Issue Management: Maintain program risk registers, administer action/issue logs, and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
  1. Planning and Risk Management: Ability to create and monitor complex integrated program plans, ensuring dependencies are identified and effectively managed.
  2. Risk Management: Capable of supporting program/project managers with risk identification and control.
  3. Issue Management: Proficient in supporting program managers in identifying issues that threaten the program.
  4. Change Management: Supports program managers in controlling and managing changes to the program.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Supports program managers in identifying and communicating with stakeholders.
  6. Information Management: Ability to manage complex data flows, ensuring information management systems maintain the safety and integrity of the program's data.
  7. Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, P360, and Microsoft Power BI.
  8. Language Skills: Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
  9. Availability: Availability to travel regularly.
Working Conditions

08 / 09h - 17 / 18h from Monday to Friday (flexible). 1 day of office work, 4 days remote.
