Job Summary

Ambit BST is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Officer to provide comprehensive planning and monitoring services to a multinational pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrated program planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Planning and Monitoring: Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, ensuring dependencies are identified and effectively managed.
  2. Risk Management: Support Program/Project Managers with risk identification and control, and administer the Program's Risk Register.
  3. Issue Management: Assist the Program Manager in identifying issues that threaten the Program and administer the Program's Issue Register.
  4. Change Management: Ensure that changes to the Program are controlled and managed effectively.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring their communication needs are met.
  6. Information Management: Manage complex data flows, ensuring information management systems maintain the safety and integrity of the Program's data.
Requirements
  1. Planning and Risk Management: Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Project.
  2. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent English language skills (oral and written).
  3. Travel and Availability: Availability to travel regularly and flexible working hours.
  4. Education and Experience: Relevant experience in program management and coordination.
