Customer Service Specialist for DACH Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Industrial Solutions Customer Service team located in Terrassa, Barcelona. The selected candidate will be handling customers' purchasing orders and developing strong relationships with assigned accounts to support the sales team in driving market growth in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process, monitor, and follow-up on customers' purchasing orders
  • Ensure effective service and administrative support for assigned customers
  • Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies
  • Manage invoice creation, corrections, and return of material activities
  • Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability through efficient and friendly communication to maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Coordinate internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
  • Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM are an asset
  • Native or fluent level of German, as well as fluent English
  • Flexibility, ability to multitask, manage time, and adapt to changes
  • Pro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and be a team player
