This role is perfect for a customer-focused individual with strong communication and administration skills. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling customers' purchasing orders, developing strong relationships with assigned accounts, and providing exceptional service and administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing, monitoring, and following up on customers' purchasing orders
- Ensuring effective service and administrative support for assigned customers
- Providing delivery commitment to customers and following up on order activity
- Managing invoice creation, corrections, and returns
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability
- Coordinating internally with sales, logistics, finance, and production teams
Requirements include:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
- Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
- Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM are an asset
- Native or fluent level of German and English
- Flexibility, ability to multitask, and adapt to changes
- Pro-active attitude and ability to take decisions when necessary
