About the Role

The Learning and Development Manager at Empresa reconocida will be responsible for designing, creating, and monitoring learning strategies and programs that benefit employees and support company growth. This role will ensure that strategies are consistent, engaging, and effective in the development of the selling and soft skills needed to become a successful member of the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sustainable role-based learning and certification strategies to support various activities, roles, and personas for internal employees and potentially customers and business partners.
  2. Design, build, execute, monitor, and document learning and development management and related activity governance processes.
  3. Identify skills objectives, skills gaps, and priorities for filling skills gaps to support the various roles.
  4. Design and deliver various learning methods and styles across the company, including eLearning, coaching, mentoring, and onboarding programs.
  5. Measure enablement progress and attainment across departments, regions, and teams to advise on actions to close skill gaps.
  6. Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement in methods and tools.
  7. Analyze and adjust for the impacts of internal and external factors on enablement strategy.
  8. Design for the delivery and consumption of learning in different formats and channels used by the organization.
  9. Define and create guides and supporting materials to promote and execute enablement opportunities.
  10. Curate learning content internally and externally to support enablement objectives and close skill gaps.
  11. Engage with internal HR organizations to identify synergies, global requirements, and opportunities for collaboration.
  12. Manage partnerships with external learning and content partner providers.
  13. Develop and coach team members on learning development activities.
  14. Consult regularly with business stakeholders on requirements and performance of training and information content delivered.
  15. Monitor and measure performance, attendance, effectiveness, impact, resourcing, etc. required in the implementation of learning events.
  16. Document methods, processes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or other relevant field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in talent management, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development practices.
